London, 2 July 2024 – ESTAma announces the successful completion of its exclusive sellside mandate for the sale of ten properties let to Carglass, the market leader in automotive glass repair located across Germany.

ESTAma leveraged its unique network to local and regional investors across Germany to maximise the interest in the assets which were sold in a total of three sub-portfolios and two individual sales resulting in the highest sales proceeds for the client.

The assets provide a lettable area of ca. 4,000 sqm, are spread across eight of the 16 federal states of Germany and located in Bernburg, Dresden, Eberswalde, Eisenach, Halle on the Saale, Neustadt a.d. Weinstrasse, Nurenberg, Papenburg, Stralsund and Weissenfels. The properties benefit from excellent micro locations in their respective markets and a high tenant loyalty following a recent lease renewal.

The successful completion of this mandate follows ESTAma’s sale of more than 200 ATU properties across Germany. In both cases our breakup sales strategy created liquidity for these specialised assets and the ability for our clients to exit well above target prices.
