ESTAma was commissioned by the owner of a plot of land in Cologne-Höhenberg, which was most recently used by the insolvent Kronenbrot bakery, to develop alternative usage concepts and to clarify the feasibility with the city. The planned residential use was very well received by the city, which led to a decision to initiate development plan process.
By means of a structured sales process, ESTAma found the buyer who will develop the property for the planned use.
