The property was built in 1979 and has a plot size of approx. 5,641m² with a usable area of approx. 2,053 m². with approx. 10 parking spaces. It is located directly in a sought-after commercial area of Willich with direct access to the A44, A52 and A57 motorways.
UPS plans to carry out renovations of the rental space in 2025 and 2026.
The seller had mandated ESTAma as its sales agent and transaction manager. The property was acquired by a group of private investors from Southern Germany. The parties have agreed to keep the purchase prices confidential.
