ESTAma announces the successful sale of a Penny (REWE Group) supermarket with an adjacent Fristo drinks store in Eich, part of the municipality of Alzey-Worms, Rhineland-Palatinate. The property was sold to a regional property company.

The property is in a highly visible location on Osthofener Strasse a plot of around 5,600 m2 and has a rentable area of 1,373 m2. The property is located strategically on a roundabout at the Western entrance to the town. The property benefits from other retailers in its vicinity like Aldi and REWE.

The seller had mandated ESTAma as its exclusive sales agent and transaction manager. The parties have agreed to keep the purchase prices confidential.
