ESTAma announces the successful sale of a store in the Alt-Oberhausen district of Oberhausen, which has been leased on a long-term basis to Netto Marken-Discount. The immediate area consists mainly of residential areas and thus ensures strong local demand.

The asset is located in a prominent location along Mellinghofer Straße opposite a Rossmann drugstore. The property was originally built in 2008 as a “Plus” supermarket on a plot of ca. 4,322 m² and offers a rental area of ca. 1,103 m². The tenant and the seller had extensively modernised the property in the first half of 2025.

The seller exclusively mandated ESTAma as its sales agent and transaction manager. The property was acquired by a private investor from the region. The parties have agreed to keep the purchase prices confidential.
