ESTAma announces the successful sale of a supermarket let to EDEKA Handelsgesellschaft Südwest mbH in Dunningen at the edge of the Black Forest, Baden-Württemberg, to a fund advised by DIR Deutsche Investment Retail GmbH and administered by Deutsche Investment Kapitalverwaltung AG.

The property is located at a roundabout at the southeastern entrance of Dunningen with a plot of around 4,800 m2 and a rentable area of appx. 1,827 m2. The tenant enjoys little competition as the property is the only supermarket in the town. The building was built in 2000 and last refurbished in 2021.

The seller had mandated ESTAma as its exclusive sales agent and transaction manager. The parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential
