ESTAma announces the successful completion of the sale of a cash and carry market incl. petrol station in Schweinfurt, Bavaria which is let to Edeka on a long-term lease.
The property is conveniently located on an exit of the B286 federal highway in the Hafen-West industrial estate. The wholesale store was built in 2007 on a plot of approx. 13,585 m² and offers a rental area of approx. 5,045m2.
ESTAma brokered the transaction to the buyer, a group of private investors from southern Germany. The seller STI Schweinfurt GmbH & Co KG was legally advised by Dr. Lars Kölling from the law firm Rotthege.
