ESTAma has been commissioned by a German commercial bank to sell several commercial properties in Lower Saxony as part of a strategic realignment of its branch network.
Some of the properties are already abandoned branches, as well as those that will continue to be operated as banks. The properties offer development potential, are partly let and are all located in excellent micro-locations, including on the North Sea island of Norderney or in Osnabrück.
ESTAma will place the properties on the market in the course of 2025 and has already started an initial marketing process this week. Interested parties can contact ESTAmas Investment Team.
The value of the properties is underpinned by a solid building fabric, as well as various possibilities for third-party use, including as a medical centre, medical centres but also classic office use. In Norderney, there is also a building reserve on the property, for which residential use is suitable.
