The property comprises ca. 9,583 m2 lettable area as well as 140 parking spaces and was built in the 1980s. It is currently anchored by the discount retail chains Penny, Tedi and Kik with McFit occupying some of the upper floors. The asset offers significant value-add opportunities due to its current vacancy of ca. 50%.

The seller exclusively mandated ESTAma as its sales agent and transaction manager. The parties agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
